Coyotes In the Sub-division

There have been spotting of coyotes in the neighborhood. Please be aware that they have been seen in broad daylight. As you may know, coyotes can be very dangerous to dogs, cats and even small children. The fact that they coyote was seen in the middle of the day means that they are getting less scared of humans.

2008 Fees

The Windemere Board has been busy keep costs down while trying to increase the value of everyones property. The fees for 2008 are $390. You can pay by check or contact the Towne Property website for a login and pay by credit card.
According to the by-laws, there will be a meeting set for the second week of Feburary. During this meeting several seats will be open on the HOA board. If you would like to take an active roll in your community then please attend the meeting.
